8 Days – Beijing – Xian - Shanghai

This shopping tour provides a relaxed pace in Beijing with half day sightseeing and half day shopping. The tour provides tours, transfers and a deluxe, 5 star centrally located hotel with suggested itinerary.

Day 1: Arrive in Beijing
Arrive in Beijing. Met at airport and transferred to Tianlun Dynasty Hotel (5 star). Evening is on your own.

Day 2: Beijing (B,L,SD)
9:00 AM - Morning tour to Tianmen Square and the Forbidden City. After lunch visit Silk Carpet Factory and the local market for copies of world famous brands.Beijing Roast Duck Dinner is arranged in the evening. Overnight Tianlun Dynasty Hotel.

Day 3: Beijing (B,L,SD)
9:00 AM - Tour to the Great Wall. On the way back visit the local Jade Factory, where you can learn more about Chinese jade culture and how artisans carve pieces of jade stone into beautiful works of art. Lunch is arranged in the local branch of Friendship Store the where you can see how Cloisonne is made.

Afternoon return to the city to visit the Chinese Medical Institute where you will have a lesson on Chinese medical theory and a Chinese style foot massage (additional cost). Mongolian hot pot is arranged for dinner with an Acrobatic Show following. Overnight Tianlun Dynasty Hotel.

Day 4: Beijing (B,L)
9:00 AM - Morning tour to the Summer Palace. Buffet lunch is arranged. Shopping in the fresh water Pearl Workshop store after lunch. Return to Beijing for shopping on Wangfujing Street, the famous pedestrian commercial street.
Overnight Tianlun Dynasty Hotel.

Day 5: Beijing/Xian (B,L)
Morning flight to Xian. After lunch, tour to the Xian City Wall and the Grand Mosque. Dinner is on your own. Overnight at the Sheraton Hotel (5*)

Day 6: Xian/Shanghai (B, L)
Tour to the Terra Cotta Army Museum and museum factory store with lunch at the museum restaurant. Shopping at the Chinese Lacquer Factory. Afternoon flight to Shanghai. Transfer to Salvo Hotel (5*) for overnight.

Day 7: Shanghai (B, L, SD)
Tour to the Shanghai Museum, Yuyuan Garden and the Bund. Shopping at the Silk Factory. A special Shanghai Dimsum Dinner is arranged for the evening.

Day 8: Shanghai/Home (B)
Transfer to the airport for flight home.
